Lisa then finds her own fragmented memory jogged to reveal a connection between her own life and that of the event she has just witnessed, making her question if she is a ghost. The drama will follow lead character Lisa in the immediate aftermath of her witnessing a cataclysmic event on platform 7 of a railway station. It will also come months after her TV scriptwriting debut in the Leicester-set thriller Crossfire which starred Keeley Hawes last year. The book is the second major TV adaptation of Doughty's work in recent years after the BBC screened her other smash hit novel, Apple Tree Yard. Platform 7 will hit ITV screens later this year and promises thrills and spills aplenty. An all-star cast has been confirmed for the TV adaptation of a psychological thriller written by Melton author Louise Doughty.
